Live attenuated flu anyone?

Society for Healthcare Epidemiology says no work for 1 week post nasal flu vaccine if you frequent patients in a protective care environment. Work in an ED? Less than 50? Non pregnant? Hurry up and get yourself a nasal flu vaccine... and a week off work to protect a possible neutropenic patient.
